The day you give birth is a day you will remember for the rest of your life. My goal is to create a space where both mom and partner feel empowered, respected, and championed throughout the birth process. I believe that every parent deserves to have their unique needs met and their voices honored as they welcome their new little one into the world. Trust the process, and I will be here to offer thoughtful guidance that spans before, during, and after birth.
Birth Package- What’s Included:
Free consultation
Two prenatal visits: In these visits we will go over childbirth education, stages and signs of labor, comfort measures, as well as birth and postpartum plans and preferences.
Availability to you and your partner by phone or email throughout your pregnancy
FULL birth support: continuous support throughout your labor and delivery. Once baby is here I will assist with your first latch into breastfeeding.
One postpartum visit: We will review your birth story and address any questions during this final visit.
