What is a doula?
A doula provides physical, emotional, and informational support for mom and partner as they welcome their new babe.
As your doula my goal is that you feel safe, seen and heard during these sacred moments. To serve as your guide and unwavering support to help make this day the best of your life.
My role is to empower you with knowledge, comfort you through each stage of labor, and advocate for your choices. I truly believe that you are the expert of your birth experience. Together, we can navigate this transformative experience with confidence and assurance.
